  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Cumin
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 1 Sprig of Chopped Parsley

Blend all your ingredients together, holding a few chickpeas back for decoration, if it's too dry add more oil and lemon juice.
