The Bad Girl's





  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Tomato, Finely Diced
  • 1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Diced Garlic Clove
  • 1 Diced Spring Onion
  • 1/2 Diced Red Chilli


Purists look away now! This is the bad girl’s guacamole and the only recipe you will find on Forking Off which is shamelessly inauthentic. It is however, more moreish than crack (not that I’ve tried that) and the biggest difficulty with it is managing to not eat ninety percent of it whilst making it. What makes it quite so disgracefully naughty is the mayonnaise. I feel like I should point out that proper Mexican guacamole DOES NOT contain mayonnaise, but trust me, once you’ve mashed a blob of mayonnaise into some avocado you will understand.


That’s all you have to do by the way, take the above ingredients and mash them into a smooth paste. Then stick your face in the bowl and don’t share it with anyone.
